John, the last time we met was when we went to have a sneak peak at baby M during the 3D scan. You were your positive upbeat self all through it, cooing with joy and delight as you saw the images of baby M. You had a momentary glimpse of the future and we all hoped and prayed that you would be a part of that future. You will be. Your spirit and positivity will shine through Hannah and Callum and of course baby M will contain a little bit of you and a little bit of me. Where there were two prospective grandads there is now only one. I will endeavour to bring your upbeat positivity, warmth and joy into this little girls life on your behalf and pray that she inherits these things from you.
